Update and followup to previous post.
The House voted on party lines to not reprimand Murtha for his threatening a fellow lawmaker. Even the New York Times has noticed that with our new democrat leadership ethics are an elusive goal. (today's comments from The Times) The poster boy for Ethics Reform John P. Murtha was mentioned in The Times today, "He was accused of violating a new ethics rule that prohibits lawmakers from swapping pork for votes." And after he did that he threatened another member of the House.
Murtha is not a stranger to corruption and graft, or bullying for that matter.
Pelosi and Murtha have done a lot to try to lose the war against Islamofascists. Between Pelosi venturing to meet with Syrian dictator Bashar Assad and her inability to move the House in any direction other than surrender we don't need any more of these kind of ethics!
Jim McDermott of Seattle has lost his battle to appear innocent of leaking illegally obtained wiretaps. (read the above article with a huge grain of salt, Jackie Kucinich (daughter of department of peace advocate and joke of a presidential cadidate Dennis Kucinich) wrote the article. The Seattle- PI hometown paper of Baghdad Jim had this to say about the case.
The voters need to see these charlatans for what they are, ethically challenged elitists.
